The Rapesco PS12-USB sharpener has a hole for 6-8 mm diameter standard-size pencils and a hole for 9-12 mm diameter jumbo-size pencils. It sharpens round, triangular and hexagonal pencils such as coloured, charcoal, drawing and graphite. A USB cable (included) can power this automatic electric pencil sharpener for environmentally conscious users, or 4 x AA batteries (batteries not included) can be used for portability. It sharpens an average of 10-12 pencils per minute. It is designed with an auto-off feature that stops operation when the shavings cover is removed and a sliding safety cover over the larger sharpening hole to prevent small fingers from being inserted. The sharpener is lightweight and compact and features durable carbon steel blades, a large-capacity chip box, anti-slip foam pads on the base for stability and removable sharpening units for regular cleaning. Supplied with 2 large and 2 regular replaceable sharpening units.
